Just pick a better place. Not worth the money or dealing with getting a refund when you are over charged/ 2x charged.

The person who took my order had an attitude and acted annoyed for having to take my order and they weren't even busy. Just lazy and doesn't want to work. The "guaranteed hot and fresh" fries were cold and dried out. The chicken nuggets my kids got were also cold. The fries were probably sitting there all day not being served because of the lack of customers and I can see why. Instead of throwing the old ones out, they were careless and served the old, cold fries. What a waste of money, never again.

My husband was asked to come down for a interview and when he did he was turned away to come down the very next day to interview for the same job. He then drove down again for a second time and waited and his time came and past so he went up to ask and the answer they gave him was there's no maintenance open there and he was told by a guy who was wearing black fingernail polished and peicings coming out of every orphus and when he asked to speak to a manager due to him wasting 35 dollars in gas and two days of possible other job interviews to the side just to be asked to leave because of his wasted time and money and all he wanted to do is ask why his time was wasted. Oh and BTW the guy who worked the front counter used the bathroom in front of my husband pooped and DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AND WENT RIGHT TO THE FRONT COUNTER TO START GRABBING CUSTOMERS FOOD DONT EAT AT THAT RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU DONT MIND EATING THERE EMPLOYEES POOP

My husband and I ordered 2 dave singles... We get five miles away from the store and realize there's a nasty hair sticking out of my husband's burger( THAT HE ALMOST ATE) I drive all the way back and I don't even get an apology. They offer the money back for one sandwich. But told me I couldn't have a Refund for the other because there was nothing wrong with it., But there was something wrong with it. My husband just found a nasty hair in his food. Why would I want to eat my burger? Not once did those people apologize to us... The hair was long and black and went through the entire sandwich!After being told that I would not receive A Refund for the other sandwich. Because there was nothing wrong with it, I began to tell them. Yes, there was something wrong with it. And I wanted my money back. And the big guy inside decided. He wanted to tell my husband to come inside and fight him... Really over a dollar burger.. We found hair in our food. Why not just give us our money back and apologize? Instead, they wanted to fight with us. And not even give an apology for a nasty hair in our food. The hair was stuck in the burger.!!!! I HAD TO DRIVE 8 MILES OVER THIS!

They were nice just could not get my order right maybe because it was the new pretzel bun hamburger I just wanted to try it oh well maybe someone can let me know how it taste after 3rd attempt of getting wrong order I settled for what ever was in the bag.

Went right before Christmas, late night. Got jr bacon cheeseburgers, nuggets and fries. I’m convinced the food was bad, outdated, something. It’s my usual order and there was definitely something funky about it. Didn’t want to call and complain to a manager during Christmas time. Especially as the pair that were working there that night were quite pleasant. Called it a loss. Gave them another chance tonight. I just got frostys. No “welcome to Wendy’s,” or anything inviting, just “go ahead with your order.” I listened to them talk to the car ahead and behind me. Not impressed. Maybe she couldn’t hear over all the yelling in the background inside the closed lobby building. I didn’t wait for a receipt or utensils, maybe she wasn’t going to offer. I just left. I would have to assume if the manager was invested in the business like they should be, they wouldn’t be happy to know the lack of quality and customer service that we receive there. It would be a shame to see them lose after the revamp of the building and the funds spent to do so. Unfortunately, with all the reviews I have read lately, it’s not looking too promising.
