Was looking forward to trying this new experience. Unfortunately their explanation and signage in using the multiple falvored machines was in adequate resulting in paying for a twist cup of a flavor I was a allergic to. There was minimal frozen yogurt in the bottom of the cup and as I explained to her I could not eat it she said regardless I had to pay for it. Leaving my self and several others annoyed. Walked away after paying 2$ for a cup that was thrown in the trash. Lost all four families business going forward.
