We were traveling and stopped to use the restrooms with the thought of ordering some food after. The bathroom floor was so sticky you could hardly lift your feet. There were no paper towels or soap in the dispensers. My wife had the same report about the ladies room. We were so grossed out we decided not to order any food. There were at least 4 employees in the place and no customers. No wonder why.

The women's room is still GROSS! I doubt anything will be done. Gina posted the same problem A MONTH AGO! Avoid this fast food joint. Go across the street to Taco Bell or next door to McDonald's. 😉

Store was filty dirty! Ladies room was disgusting! All tables were dirty not wiped down. Lobby floor was sticky. Never will we return to this location!!
This was the most disgusting Arby's I have ever visited. The floor was sticky and the kids behind the counter were just standing around. There was a mess in one of the toilets (really bad) and when we brought it to their attention, they said they knew and neither wanted to clean it up. At least the food was good...but I know I wouldn't have stayed if I saw the bathroom first. The family restroom was pretty dirty but at least usable.

The food was good. But it doesn't match the pictures on the board. Also, Hair Club for Men was an odd choice for the TV in the dining area.

At noon they didn't have the sidewalks cleared of the previous days snow. My son fell when we walked out with our order and spilled it all over. They gave us a refund when I demanded it and no apology. I will never go to this place again
