Roast beef was ok, but the crinkle fries were awful. They tasted old and chewy. This is the second time we have gotten nasty, almost inedible fries here. We won't be ordering them again at this Arby's. Next time I think we will eat at the McD's next door or the Taco Bell across the street.

The Arby's Smokehouse Brisket was a great sandwich,... better than any other fast food restaurant,... but today I got one, and it's completely changed,.... still made from smoked Brisket,... but the meat is shaved and not the nice thick cut it was,... and the bacon is so thin, you can't find it, let a lone taste it. I was so disappointed.

They are fast, food is good, and the service is friendly. The only negative comment I have is that the hours are unpredictable. Sometimes, the dining area is closed, and the drivethrough is only open, or the entire building is closed.

By far the best fast food place to eat in Miilan. Sandwiches have lots of big meat on them, and those curly fries,coming out Hot ,So So good !,I actually get full, unlike other places,,Employees were all wearing a smile, and so nice
