OMG…her flavors, textures, presentation…AMAZING! It’s not the “sad” vegan offerings one usually sees at traditional bakeries, something that seems more obligatory than joyful. Botanical Bakeries tastes and feels like someone combined decadence, light, and joy, then gently packaged it into a tasty bundle with love.
Treat yourself to a cake sampler. Or shortbread. Or everything. This is a no judgement zone.
I originally was not going to get a wedding cake because the concept was overwhelming to me, but my husband introduced me to Katie, and that completely changed my mind. She is extremely organized, passionate, and creative, which is evident through our gorgeous cake! She also collaborated with our florist (WeAdoreFlowers) and it was clearly the collaboration of the century. I mean look at it, WOW. Not only does it deserve praise on its looks, it was also delicious (and vegan)....
