Last 2 times I stopped in for a sausage biscuit, the biscuit was hard. They seem to be be hit or miss. Don't over cook the biscuit, please. It's convenient for me cause it's on my way to work. Also you can't order off the app to get the deals. If these problems continue, I'll just go to McDonald's.

I'm out $5 and do not want to haggle with the fryer lady, so here's my honest review instead. Staff are usually very friendly, and almost always accommodate my request for hot, fresh fries. I go off my diet once a week (usually Sundays) and when I want to have fries I want them right out the fryer. Today was disappointing. I only ordered fries and a drink. I saw the batch of fries already cooked, pre scooped into containers, lined up, and waiting to be served. I specifically asked for a fresh batch. The woman near the fryer heard my request, turned her head and looked at me like I was being difficult. I just knew they would not be frying a fresh batch; I was right. That look from her ultimately decided me against trying to return the cold ones and asking them to remake my order. I always clear the table, but today I'm leaving the fries with a message. Back to the diet....

This place is trash. I spent over $15 at this place and everything about the food was garbage. The food was like warm (which is a health code violation) the cinnamon role I ordered was cold and hard. Smh This makes no sense I’ll never spend another dime with Hardee’s again. The employees at this location are going to get someone sick.

I finally decided to try the US brand with high expectations as I remember Carl's Jr was really good and was disappointed. They have no variety. The burgers are just like any other place, plain and flavourless. Not even crisscut fries. They should seriously talk to their sister brand Carl's Jr mainly the Mexican office and learn how to make burgers the right way since they already share the menu.
