The restaurant is decent. The food is usually good. The problem is is that the restaurants never open. You drive up and you order food and you get told that the KFC is not open but there's no signage that says that it's closed. So then you have to Wait in the drive-thru because people get behind you when you're trying to order. You need to figure out a better system to let patrons know when half the business is closed.

Was craving you guys went and came home there was a couple fresh chicken on top but after that. This is what our 12 piece bucket cost old chicken that was prolly left under a heating lamp and at 42$ this is unexceptable usually now days. won't be back to that kfc

Sitting here at the gas station / tbell/ kfc combo waiting to use the restroom...Not because it's busy..Soon as I walked in to use the restroom in my travels both stalls that were available were filled to the brim with fecal aftereffect of burrito and nuggies.I went into the gas station side and the informed me that the Taco Bell / KFC staff cleans the restrooms.. I had over to the restaurant side to let them know and as soon as I do they pass the buck to the gas station.I waited about 10 minutes after letting him know and them finally coming to tell me someone's coming to clean. Another 5 after waiting for someone to go do it.. and they're cleaning the women's first.. fine not a big deal I can wait a little longer. It's now been another 5, and they come out of there talking with someone on the phone, finishing conversation, going back in to the women's restroom.20 min gap of no sight of the cleanerFinally comes back to sweep the women's .Restaurant itself is pretty clean..few crumbs, straw papers, no bigs.4:34->5:20 to finally be able to go in.And of course the gas station none of the pumps except the card for some reason and the shady fella inside just blames all the pumps at every gas station even though I just traveled from Virginia down to Texas and to Michigan now I'm leaving and not a single one had this issue on the way. Blaming the chip cards. Saying they are new pumps, when they're clearly not.This review will be applied to all 3 of these businesses. Just Do Better. None of this "it's not my job stuff.

Worst dried up chicken I ever ate I will never go there again my order was almost 20 dollars and yes I got dried up chicken !!!
Front door locked. Only drive up. Our truck and trailer could not go through drive up. I called to place an order and was informed that too short handed to place an order but not too busy to answer phone. Fast food joints put small business out of business and offer no customer service. We were self employed for years. I hope I never treated customers like this.

It's noon and they r not open. U have to order from grub hub which is ridiculous, the last time I was here it was 11am and no one answered the drive thru speaker. Horrible way to do business
