The restaurant is decent. The food is usually good. The problem is is that the restaurants never open. You drive up and you order food and you get told that the KFC is not open but there's no signage that says that it's closed. So then you have to Wait in the drive-thru because people get behind you when you're trying to order. You need to figure out a better system to let patrons know when half the business is closed.

Was craving you guys went and came home there was a couple fresh chicken on top but after that. This is what our 12 piece bucket cost old chicken that was prolly left under a heating lamp and at 42$ this is unexceptable usually now days. won't be back to that kfc

Sitting here at the gas station / tbell/ kfc combo waiting to use the restroom...Not because it's busy..Soon as I walked in to use the restroom in my travels both stalls that were available were filled to the brim with fecal aftereffect of burrito and nuggies.I went into the gas station side and the informed me that the Taco Bell / KFC staff cleans the restrooms.. I had over to the restaurant side to let them know and as soon as I do they pass the buck to the gas station.I waited about 10 minutes after letting him know and them finally coming to tell me someone's coming to clean. Another 5 after waiting for someone to go do it.. and they're cleaning the women's first.. fine not a big deal I can wait a little longer. It's now been another 5, and they come out of there talking with someone on the phone, finishing conversation, going back in to the women's restroom.20 min gap of no sight of the cleanerFinally comes back to sweep the women's .Restaurant itself is pretty clean..few crumbs, straw papers, no bigs.4:34->5:20 to finally be able to go in.And of course the gas station none of the pumps except the card for some reason and the shady fella inside just blames all the pumps at every gas station even though I just traveled from Virginia down to Texas and to Michigan now I'm leaving and not a single one had this issue on the way. Blaming the chip cards. Saying they are new pumps, when they're clearly not.This review will be applied to all 3 of these businesses. Just Do Better. None of this "it's not my job stuff.

Front door locked. Only drive up. Our truck and trailer could not go through drive up. I called to place an order and was informed that too short handed to place an order but not too busy to answer phone. Fast food joints put small business out of business and offer no customer service. We were self employed for years. I hope I never treated customers like this.

It's noon and they r not open. U have to order from grub hub which is ridiculous, the last time I was here it was 11am and no one answered the drive thru speaker. Horrible way to do business

I had a new chicken sandwich sandwich and it was very good and but in fact I've had stop there 3 times now and had the same sandwich because it was so good Trying to find something

We pulled up and walked up to the door only to find it locked. The sign said drive thru open, so we got in line. When we got up to order the girl said we are only serving Taco Bell, KFC is closed. My husband says great now I'm stuck in line and can't order, and can't order. Why is the drive thru open sign on? She said, we're not asked to put signs up anymore. SAY WHAT??? So she then says there's only 1 car in front of you. So we pull up expecting the 1 car to be gone so we can leave, but no they are still waiting for their Taco Bell. My husband calls her and says could you be courteous and have the car pull up so we can leave? She huffed and said I'll get you out of line. She went to the window and said to the lady, the man behind you is upset could you pull forward so they can leave? She did and we stopped to explain the situation to her, she was very understanding, as anyone should be. I will NEVER eat here again. I tried posting this with 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me.

I'm not completely sure what happened at this location over the last several months, but from what I can tell The quality of the food and the service have both improved greatly. It was about three weeks ago that I had lunch there at around 11 AM on a Tuesday. I had ordered KFC and had a three piece with a side of macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. For the first time in a long time, it took me less than seven minutes in the drive-through even with someone ahead of me. They were polite, the chicken was juicy, the skin wasn't dry, and the mac & cheese wasn't dried out and burnt. Even the coleslaw was fresh tasting. I decided that it might be a fluke, so I went back about two weeks later. This time it was around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and I getting out of work. Again, three people in line, spent around six minutes waiting but the food was of excellent quality. Again I had purchased a three-piece but I had gotten mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. The chicken again, was fresh and juicy. Cole slaw was just as fresh tasting, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were smooth and it didn't taste like they were sitting in a warmer all day. Most recently was this evening. I had ordered a five piece crispy strips with two biscuits and some macaroni and cheese. The time was around 8 PM and I figured it was later in the day and maybe they went back to their old ways and let the food sit out and dry out. Not the case. The chicken tenders were still juicy and crispy, they were not dry and the biscuits were still just as fluffy. I'm actually of the opinion that this place has finally started getting its act together. Theyre trying to serve decent quality food before people end up out of a job. I suggest giving them a try again.
