This is by far one of the best bakeries in Washtenaw or Monroe county. For baked goods they have little cakes, tarts, brookies, muffins, bread, and much more. For food stuffs they make sandwiches by order and have soup ready to eat. There is also ice cream by the scoop for those hot days.There is a very nice attached store with some excellent selections in wine, coffee, jams, cheese, tea, and much more.I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

I'm and elderly white man driving a pickup?? Waited 45 mints for sandwiches, bought pastry and cutting board from the store. When I left I found a $100 parking ticket on my windshield for parking "literally" 18 inches past a designated parking spot. Police told he only did it because the businesses were complaining??? I moved up slightly to let another car parallel park behind me and patronize the same cafe??Parking: don't park here as you will get a ticket for $100??? It appears they don't want people to patronize here??

Passing through town on our way home from vacation. This was recommended to this bakery and cafe by Textiles Fabric Shop for lunch and they were right everything was delicious. I wish I lived closer.

I absolutely LOVE this store! They have a great atmosphere and a ton of variety, so pretty much anybody can find something that they like! My family and I go to the bakery every once and a while, and every experience has been amazing! My favorite items that they serve are the cream cheese stuffed bagels ? and my favorite one of those is the pickle stuffed bagel! Can't wait to go back!!!
Milan is the sweetest little downtown, and I will travel 1.5 hours from home to visit the local shops. We can’t, however, pass up this bakery. The luscious displays, large selection of choices and amazing tastes makes this my favorite bakery in Michigan.Today we bought cannolis to celebrate our birthdays. We, also, ALWAYS buy a package of Cherry Almond cookies and Gingerbread cookies for the ride home.
