I used to love their deep dish pizza. I haven't been there for a long time. Yesterday I went for convience since it was on my travel route. First, I was so impressed with the young man who greeted me. So pleasant and even entertaining. He read back my order in a lyrical manner (he might not have known he was) that I started rocking with him! So we had a good giggle. He made the atmosphere fun. But the deep dish pizza wasn't up to his quality. It was the crust, it seemed like a store bought pre- baked crust. I don't know if the regular pizzas would be the same. I hope not.

The last handful of times I have been there the pizza is literally just cheese, bread, and pepperoni. Absolutely NO SAUCE on them!! I always order at least 4 pizzas every time I go there. Every time I go there is NO SAUCE. ALL 4 PIZZAS NO SAUCE. I know the are inexpensive pizzas but dang put some sauce on them!!! I have called and complained when it happened and they gave us some free Pizza twice. Which were also DRY as the desert!!

Live 11 miles and the food was disgusting!!! Nothing they can do without the food being brought back!!! Bread was half cooked, no cheese or butter. Then had to call 3 times because it hangs up after 7 minutes of being on hold. Don't waste your money!!!! I'm calling

Online ordering a joke. They send you through a third party. We never got our order.. the appshows a 2nd driver going to pick it up a half hour after they are closed and two hours after we ordered. We called the customer service number given and it was someone clearly not in the US who tells us to they can’t refund us bc the order is still processing. Well the order is still processing after they are closed.

Watched them drop a pizza cutter. Take it over to the prep table spray it with a cleaner and then Proceed to cut all of my food with it. Regardless of if it’s isopropyl or a actual cleaning detergent that’s not proper health standards and I just tossed my food in the garbage after receiving it will not be returning.
