First, I'm in no way affiliated with the Milan McDonald's or any of its employees.
I realize that the Milan McDonald's, along with many others, has been plagued over the past several years with employee shortages. This has certainly contributed to patron dissatisfaction, especially at certain times of the day.

Waited in NO line as the manager finally noticed me, rolled her eyes and said “Just wait a minute”. After 5 minutes of her wandering behind the counter- I just walked out.
