My daughter did a drive through to bring me a big Mac and fries. Never have I received a pitaful burger like this one. The patties were burnt and as flat as a dime. Shame on you McDonalds for serving a sandwich like that. Money is to hard to come by, to waste it on something like that.

Usual go to McDonald’s as I live in Milan. I don’t leave reviews normally but the double quarter pounder I received was absolutely pitiful. Top burger was fine, bottom looked it was dropped on the ground and run over a few times. Why you would think this acceptable to send out is beyond me.

My second favorite McDonald's. Not a long wait and the food is almost always right. The drive through can be quite busy at times depending on events in town

I been this this McDonald's twice in the last week, and both times, they ignored me as i stood there. There were two other ppl before me they took care of them, then a couple walked in and an older guy they took his order and both employees just looked at me. This is a racist McDonald's they will not serve black ppl at all this, which happened twice in a week. I walked out for the 2nd time. It's sad how ppl can be to other races.

They automatically upcharged on the 5 dollar meal deals to a large drink. When asked they removed it to a medium for a slightly smaller upcharge. Just before careful what they add onto your order

I am done with this McDonald's, twice in one week my French fries were terrible, 1st time they were not cooked all the way and were cold, today cold and hard and crispy, this place is Terrible, never going back, also the prices of fast food has gone way up, especially at McDonald's, yal could at least serve decent fresh food!!!

McDonalds, service is well below par, open at 6am, but you wait in the drive thru line for 15 to 30 minutes or more, PATHETIC!!!!! This would not be if they would communicate with the customers, but no, no communication at all, as far as the food, it's just slapped together with ketchup running all over, what a mess, they also miss a lot of the order, missing items. Don't deserve a single star.
