I don’t know how the older manager Beverly has a job there. Her attitude is disgusting! I have literally had her close the window on me when asking for things that were forgotten, ridiculed because i ordered cookies at 10;30 at night when i was having a bad day because i found out someone close to me has cancer and i just needed something sweet. I have had her THROW my bags of food at me!! I have complained to multiple other managers since she is a manager noone seems to bother. I am going to report her to the actual corporate because her attitude is horrible! I will now drive to saline or dundee for mc Donalds. I will not continue to be harrased by beverly. It even seems the kids who work there are scared of her because when i asked her name they waited to whisper it to me once she walked away. This is unacceptable!

When we opened the nuggets there was sauce all over and they said it was not there problem why would you put a open sauce in a chicken nugget box like common sense use it. But the manager was really nice and kind but the employees were horrible she said she just came from a diff McDonald's but she definitely needs to fire so people there over paid workers for a horrible job they do but otherwise the manger was the only good part about the experience and I personally will not come back to this McDonald's intell these people get fired or a reality check

The workers are so mean and SPAT in my face when we got kicked out for sitting down and being KIND CITIZENS!!!! Dont come if you are expecting to feel loved or welcomed also she said that she was happy she spit in my face i am very upset and hurt by this😡!!

This McDonald's is just SOO SLOW. Drive thru is always backed up and you have to wait 5 to 10min, every time you go here. People are generally pretty nice. Foods as expected.
Food is cold. Old lady with pink safety vest is very rude, and nasty to customers and witnessing her yelling at staff members. Day shift crew always yelling throughout the restaurant. Loud and disrespectful to each crew member.

My daughter did a drive through to bring me a big Mac and fries. Never have I received a pitaful burger like this one. The patties were burnt and as flat as a dime. Shame on you McDonalds for serving a sandwich like that. Money is to hard to come by, to waste it on something like that.

Waited 15 mins I'm short line before closing the other line had multiple people who drove in after me they got servers the kid purposely waited to take my order just to say sorry we are closed Milan McDonald's sucks

Usual go to McDonald’s as I live in Milan. I don’t leave reviews normally but the double quarter pounder I received was absolutely pitiful. Top burger was fine, bottom looked it was dropped on the ground and run over a few times. Why you would think this acceptable to send out is beyond me.
