Tried the brisket sandwich, i usually expect chopped brisket, super tender with some sauce. What I got here was pencil thickness slices, a little tough, with no sauce.

Papa G smoked a turkey for me last Christmas and it was picture perfect and absolutely moist and delicious!!! I highly recommend him !!!

We have ate here most of the summer once a week. The last three weeks the brisket has had so much fat it's been ridiculous. I tried it again today and I'm not even able to eat it there is so much fat. Just lost a weekly customer.
