Had lunch at Peppers last week with a friend. The food was excellent, came quickly, and was piping hot. Our server even came back and told me she was changing my order to reflect a less expensive option, which would give me the same result - we were impressed. Our servers Ava and Blake were really busy, but efficient and very attentive to us. Love their refried beans at Peppers!
Yesterday was our first time visiting the restaurant they were very polite professional and the service was quick no sooner did we sit down they were bringing over chips and salsa. If you haven't tried peppers Mexican grill I suggest that you do they were great and we will be back again
Food is usually always good, service is hit or miss. They also should really consider replacing their booths because they are so uncomfortable and dirty feeling it makes you not want to sit down. Especially the ones in the front by the bar area. Also service fee for paying with card is extremely high. 9% interest. They lost out on a gift card sale due to this.
