Freaking pathetic wait time and what a mess. I know what my three items are supposed to be and what I got wasn't what I ordered and sloppy!

Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes. Said hello a few times. Drove around a few times and tried to go back through and nothing. Waited and waited. Drove up to the window a couple of times as well and nobody was there Ended up just going home

The food we received was correct and got to us quickly. The inside of the building was clean and well stocked. There is also indoor/outdoor seating which is nice in the summer/fall.

The staff at this Taco Bell was so kind to my husband and I tonight. We had had a rough evening leading up to our date night, and part of our order was not in stock. They really showered us with kindness and went above and beyond. Proud to call this our town ❤️

We live right here in Milan and at first this TB was great. The last few times we have been here it has been absolute trash. Workers are rude. They don’t have chips and cheese? Like seriously? They didn’t have ground beef the last time. And today they completely messed up our entire order and when we had questions, the employee said “ well there is a sign on the door”. Ummm…signs on the door dont help people in the drive thru. Would not recommend unless there is a serious change in staff/management.

Absolute trash. Waited in line for about 40 minutes with only about 5 cars in front of us, then they somehow managed to still get my order wrong. You would think they would have enough time to get it right considering it was almost 10 minutes per car. But nope, complete incompetence, don’t ever come here.

Awful experience through and through. The wait time was ridiculous we waited over 30 mins with two cars infront of us just to order. then waited forever to get our food. we couldn’t even drive out because we were stuck. terrible and will not be coming back

All I did was order the 4 for $4 REGULAR Baja blast and the worker was annoyed I suppose, 2/4 were diet. Not what I ordered. All I got was four drinks. Didn’t order any food and she decided she to not give me what I ordered
