This place blows. I waited 15 minutes at least which in itself isn’t horrible it was busy. My order was wrong and they refused to acknowledge me or give me my missing food. But the two girls waiting in the lobby who were non employees sure had fun laughing. On top of that the food I did get was as greasy and slimy as the hillbillies working there. I know it’s Taco Bell but dang. Definitely avoid this garbage heap.

We had a large order for pickup and many of the items were missing. Because we were taking it home, we didn't realize until we were back to Ypsilanti. Wasn't going back. Very upsetting.

Often missing one item or you get something completely different from what you order.
Sometimes you have to wait an unreasonably long time to get your food when going through the drive through - not rare to have a 3-4 minute wait at the window for your food to be ready.
Some drive through staff are very friendly, but often you'll simply feel "tolerated"
Lastly, and this is crazy important - it's not a corporate store which means their prices are obscene. You can expect to pay at least $1.50-3.00 more per item/combo. Adds up real quick.
Overall, the only reason this place stays open is it's the only taco bell for 15 minutes in any direction, and it's a small town.
But, and this is very important, the food is usually VERY fresh, unlike the McDonald's across the street.
Vegetarian options: You can essentially substitute beans for any meat

Horrible wait, employees didn't seem to know how to operate the ordering system as it took him awhile to take our order. After 15 minutes of waiting in line (after ordering) we get to the window, pay and realize they only have two employees working. I wish we would have known that sooner. A heads up at ordering would have been nice. We ended up waiting 18 minutes at the drive thru window after paying. No sorry about your wait or apology. If you go here and there is a long line of cars be prepared to wait 40 mins for food or choose to go somewhere else.
Supposed to be open at 8 for breakfast. At 9 nothings open and both employees were in front of the front door smoking weed. Lazy and incompetent

3 bucks for a bean burrito and 3 bucks for a crunchy taco!!! You guys are insanely over priced! Literally pulled up looked at the menu and had to ask if the menu prices are right! MAKE TACO BELL AFFORDABLE AGAIN! I can go to apple bees for the same price as a crazy combo. Americans are broke and definitely can't afford to feed a family of 4 at your restaurant. Something gotta change. We won't be back untill the price lowers!!!
