I stopped in today to see what they were about. I ordered the Mass Strawberry Oats but I added coconut milk, almond butter, chia seed and Flax seed.
I also ordered my daughter the Strawberry Moon and a 6 pack of the Monkee ballz. All 3 items were delicious. My daughter said the Monkee Ballz taste like a Reeses cup.

Great tasting smoothies that fill you up, made with real ingredients. The owner is very sweet and down to earth. A great addition to the community.
My favorite new spot to get a gilt free smoothie in Milford. Highly recommend the Orange Cream!

The smoothies are fresh, delicious, and packed with high-quality ingredients, and are great for being “healthy.” The owner loves what she does and is personable, kind, and always willing to say hi and talk. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The shop is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere with a classic rock soundtrack. It is a great place to come after a workout, and it is open at 7am. Customers will definitely be back.
