I hate leaving bad reviews, having worked in the food industry and customer service most of my life. I get that wages aren't great. This goes both ways.
This is at least the third time that I can count where I added bacon to my sandwich without receiving it. Honestly I only mention anything because with the way money is, going out is a conscious decision and eating out should cost half a days wage.
The staff are nice, if not new at the location. Maybe I have officially become old, but socialize and complete the task.
Yes, absence of bacon isn't the end of the world, but no one wants to pay for something that isn't present in a world full of this.

First off it’s Jimmy John’s. So it’s already trash. But there’s a better reason to avoid this location. Employing unruly teenagers kids without professional adult supervision. That create confrontations with citizens exercising their 1st amendment right to take video and pictures in public.

Ayo. I went to this Jimmy John's today with my fiance (we are getting married soon!). We ordered through the app two subs with a "$5 dollars off" coupon that didn't work for some reason. While the chick at the counter didn't want to help, TIM, a real G, who works there (probably the manager) stepped up and helped us to figure it out.. Cool guy! If you go there ask for Tim! It's spelled T-I-M

Today I was greeted by Zack on my visit to JJs of Milford. Zack possessed the passion and pride which was not only refreshing but very informative of the food items and made my experience a memorable one. I cannot express the gratitude and sincerity he has about your establishment. Food is here and people are niceDelivery is never "freaky fast" nor is it even fast. Expect 35-45+ min if you live 3 minutes away from the location.Soda came flat. But food is good.

First time coming here, ordered the biggest size sub/added all of the extra topping to make it fully loaded! Get home to find hair in my 25 dollar sub/so I called to let them know/they said I would be credited. Drove back today, just to be informed I was credited 2 dollars for this sub that I didn't even eat due to hair in it! Was going to give a second chance, ended up walking out. Do not recommend this location
Unwrap and check what you ordered before you pay/leave this place. Wrapper was marked with the correct number for the sandwich I ordered and the additions/subtractions to the sandwich were correct. The problem is apparently they think ham and turkey are the same! $10+ for a sandwich and they cannot differentiate between lunch meats. Glad my wife's Tuna didn't turn out to be a BLT!

tldr - If you go to this location, double-check that your order's correct. I hate to leave a negative review because I know places are especially understaffed and overworked these days but I ordered subs from this location on two separate occasions and both times the subs were missing ingredients. The first sub didn't have cheese on it and the second sub didn't have any ham (it was supposed to have turkey and ham). I was pretty irritated about the ham because it cost extra to have two different lunch meats. I did in-store pick-up both times and didn't unwrap the subs until I had gotten home. I should have learned my lesson after the first sub but I assumed the first time was a fluke. I actually reached out to JJ on their website about the second sub but never heard back from anyone... Pretty disappointed in JJ at this point.

Smells excellent walking in. Store is always clean. Greeted by friendly faces. The front counter employee rang up both subs correctly, therefore both subs were made correctly which rocked considering the modifications we needed on them! Food tasted fresh!! Thanks guys!!
