Really wanted to love this place, but won't be going back. We had been planning on going to the Harry Potter night for weeks, our 7 yr old was super excited. When we got there we were seated by the hostess immediately as there were open tables. We ended up sitting at our table for 20 mins while staff walked by multiple times and no one ever spoke a word to us. After multiple tables had been serviced multiple times and not one word was spoken to us we decided to leave.

Friendly service, delicious food, and charming restaurant. Me and the wife split a classic ceaser salad and a Margherita pizza, and they gave us some fresh made chocolate chip cookies to go. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you're looking for a pizza place to eat at.

My husband and I visited Novella's for the first time during Milford Days. The service was really great. Amelia O. was a delightful server. She was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered the "Fig & Pig" pizza, which was delicious! The small size was perfect for me and my husband to share. We can't wait to go back and try some other items on the menu. Thank you!

My wife, kid, and I ate here a few months ago, and it was not our style of pizza at all. Maybe someone likes pizza like this, but the marinara sauce was horrible. The appetizer was better than the actual meal, and both were way too salty and seasoned. The waitress was nice and kind, but we were out of water the whole time and had to get up and ask for more. I really love to support local business, but they make it hard when the pizza is bad...

Absolutely delicious! We had the garlic knots, double roni pizza, meatballs, cocktails, and the kids built their own pizzas, super fun and super yummy! Great service and some cookies to take home. Very impressed.
