OMG, THE BEST Mac ‘n cheese with pulled pork in it!! I consider myself a “ baked bean snob”…their beans were an 8 out of 10, pretty darn good! Sorry, nothing beats my mom‘s family recipe. 🙂 I was not a fan of the cornbread, it was very hard and tasteless. But, no hard feelings. I live 1&1/2 hours from this restaurant, but will definitely make a point to go back the next time I’m in the area!!
Had a great lunch with the Huron Valley Chamber at Smoke Street recently! The food was incredible, as was our server, Jane. She took great care of our group (along with her teammate, Jen!) Jane is always so pleasant and thinks ahead about what we need to make our experience the best!
Stopped in for a quick bite on a Monday and were seated immediately.
We sat in the bar area and told our server we didn't have a lot of time and she was fantastic. We each had a drink and shared an appetizer. I liked the Atwater Dirty Blonde beer that I ordered and especially liked their Hot Links appetizer. It came with a side of pickle salad which was delicious. Each table had a variety of their house BBQ sauces ranging from tangy sweet to spicey.
