Absolutely Excellent Food, and the owners were friendly and generous. Highly recommended.
I absolutely love this food truck. They travel all over and serve the best pulled pork. My personal favorite is the cornbread with a pulled pork and Mac and cheese bowl. I recently tried the Texas Twinkie. If you haven't had one you have to try one. They are huge and delicious. It's a jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and brisket wrapped in bacon! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times! I have never had anything bad from here! Thank you for being everywhere! See you soon!
Just tried the smoked ribs today and they are FANTASTIC! The Texas Twinkie was great, and the beans were awesome. A 10 out of 10 for The Paddling Pig—give it a try!
