Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.
You aren't allowed to go in or anything but I chose to go to this Rally's because of the ones in my city. Food wasn't hitting on anything anymore. LOL. This one was delicious. The food was hot, everything was fresh and the soda tasted like it came out of a bottle instead of a fountain.
First off this place is in a great location. I have been there a few times eating inside and going through drive through.
When eating inside I noticed the place was clean and alway was greeted with a smile. Friendly and quick staff prepared my food well and in a timely manner.
Going through the drive through the person greeting me at the speaker showed up quick and friendly and I did not feel rushed through my order. Always gave me options...
