Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Please don’t remodel, I will stop coming….i don’t mind a logo change but my grandma used to take me here please don’t remodel

Yesterday they were extremely behind, didn't have many items, and they were extremely unorganized. I complained to the manager for my doordash customers and they did nothing. I said I hope I don't have to ever come back here and the manager said she hopes not as well. The lack of on time service is on her watch, not mine! Allowing doordash when you are out of so much product is on your watch too. They offered nothing extra not even an apology. One woman waited over 2 hours for her meal but the manager had a problem with me.. I hope she is replaced with someone who can deal with these issues more professionally.

Noisy place. Decor does not dampen sounds at all. Waitress was pleasant but for some reason, two other tables that came in after us (different waitress) were served before us. In fact, we had such a long wait after placing our order that one of those tables finished! When our food arrived, mine had soggy green beans instead of the broccoli pictured and my choice of second side (corn) never arrived. My wifes food arrived cold except for the max-n-cheese which she was warned was fresh from the oven and was hot. Never asked if I wanted a refill on my beverage. We paid with no tip and quick review of the shortcomings but we just couldn't wait to leave. Such a disappointment after not having eaten at a C.B. in years (none by us at home) we were looking forward to a reconnection. It'll be a long time before we give the chain another try... pending reviews.

Ordered online, arrived exactly when they said the food would be ready. In my car waiting for my food to be brought out, then received a call saying they were out of the meals I had ordered. Seriously?

The bacon was really greasy, eggs were cold , biscuits were good but the gravy tasted weird, the pancakes were delicious 😋 the service was excellent

Frequently visit other Cracker Barrel restaurants... Avoid this one at all costs. Flies everywhere, super slow, out of a lot of popular items, took forever to get silverware, then noticed bugs in the salt shaker and decided to leave.

I will admit i do like cracker barrel. I buy gift cards quite frequently because of their food menu and their gift store. This particular store my service was great and food was excellent.

Our friends love Cracker Barrel so we go there often.
If it was up to me, I would not be eating there.
We like the store front. There's always something we find before leaving.
The atmosphere is good and the staff are quite friendly.
I am grateful that they have vegan options but they are very limited.
The sourdough bread and tomatoes are pretty well available at each location.
Only one location, so far, was sold out of the impossible sausage.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a location that has vegan broccoli and corn. They were pre-cooked in butter.
It is imperative to always ask when ordering.

We go here often and mostly enjoy it. This time my family and I had an amazing and sweet server named Avalynne. She fit the southern atmosphere beautifully. Very attentive and kind. Our meals were good as well. No complaints especially today. Thank you Avalynne for a lovely dinner experience.
