Jersey Mike's Subs offers excellent subs made quickly by friendly staff. Orders are always perfect, and the food is amazing, with outstanding and fresh subs no matter what time of day. The staff, like Brooke M, provides gold star customer service, greeting customers with genuine smiles. However, some customers have experienced slow service and unfriendly staff, like the girl with glasses who struggled to hear orders and added too much oil to a sub. Despite this, the closing staff remains pleasant even near closing time. Overall, it's worth giving a try for the delicious subs and friendly service.
