I made an order online for my workplace and selected the incorrect item under the pizza sauce selections. When I got there to pickup my order, I noticed instead of pizza sauce it was ranch on the pizzas. Justin and Ally were so kind and remade my pizzas for free even though it was not their fault. They were very nice about it and got them done in under 10 minutes. The food and service was great!! Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience with Jets and would recommend them to anyone. They had a glitch in their system which caused my money to be held. After explaining the issue the manager went out of their way to resolve it by comping the meal. They had no reason to do that and could have easily just said sorry for the inconvenience and moved along with their day. The pizza is also consistently good. Jets has a life long customer!
It's are favorite place we get pizza service is good and pizza is best taste very good I don't ever remember having to call or have any complaints about anything always satisfied
