Huge shoutout to Everett for delivering absolutely amazing customer service! I was completely ready to pay full price, but out of nowhere, Everett surprised me with a coupon for over $5 off. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, and this is the first time an employee has gone out of their way like this to save me money. It completely made my day! Management, you have a real gem on your team—please give Everett the recognition they deserve!
Just wanted to thank Craig for getting done what the jet bot couldn’t do with two calls and a very high spirited woman telling me we were not in the Delivery area even though we’re 2.1 miles away.
Thank you so much to Craig for being a season employee. We appreciate people who are dedicated to just getting the job right.

I made an order online for my workplace and selected the incorrect item under the pizza sauce selections. When I got there to pickup my order, I noticed instead of pizza sauce it was ranch on the pizzas. Justin and Ally were so kind and remade my pizzas for free even though it was not their fault. They were very nice about it and got them done in under 10 minutes. The food and service was great!! Thank you!
