Best bakery in Monroe for donuts. Staff is amazingly friendly, products are delicious. I loved them so much I actually ordered a wedding cake from them, they normally do not even do cakes but made me a haunted spider cake. Just love this place.
Its unfortunate that i rate this a 3 because i love their donuts. But they are always short supply. I went early on fathers day and they had nothing. I was told bakers made enough for pre orders only. So disappointing
We have frequented Monica's for years. We have noticed in the past year a significant decline in selection and quality of their donuts. We have also noticed the staff is either clueless about business practices and can't answer questions or straight up rude to customers. I'm not sure what's happening over there but it's sad to see a business we have loved for so many years declining in quality, value, and friendliness.
