Its unfortunate that i rate this a 3 because i love their donuts. But they are always short supply. I went early on fathers day and they had nothing. I was told bakers made enough for pre orders only. So disappointing
We have frequented Monica's for years. We have noticed in the past year a significant decline in selection and quality of their donuts. We have also noticed the staff is either clueless about business practices and can't answer questions or straight up rude to customers. I'm not sure what's happening over there but it's sad to see a business we have loved for so many years declining in quality, value, and friendliness.
The quality of the packzis was extremely disappointing this year. My family and I normally love the donuts and we bought packzis last year that were delicious. This year they were dry and underfilled with some of the packzis having almost no filling at all. $55 for 18 packzis is a lot to pay when there’s barely any filling and are mostly just dough. We won’t be buying them again next year.
