The sub came out good. But the fact that I was on the phone with my husband and could hear how rude these people were to him while he was ordering. I used to work at this pilot and I’m extremely disappointed and irritated that you can be so rude to someone ordering and paying for their food. Do better or get better staff

We ordered salads as usual and they were in smaller bowls now. We had just a little spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, plus a scoop of guacamole. There was no seating and they were out of forks which we found out after the salads were made and paid for. The 2 small salads came to $24.62 WHAT!!!??! There was a special upcharge of $2.79 for each salad, plus extra for the guacamole and extra again for a small amount of cheese. That's ridiculous, I can go to a fancy sit down restaurant and get a large much better salad plus a fork for less. I guess we were charged for not getting the bread for a sandwich. A sandwich would have had more on it. Very disappointed and probably won't be going to Subway anytime soon. Used to be a go to for salads for us.

Nearly every time I come to this location it costs me 20 minutes plus at subway alone. I have to ask if there is even someone working subway and each time it is the same that Ashley is in the back on her phone regardless if someone's been waiting for 15m she would have no idea until a loves worker goes back to retrieve her to actually have her do her job. It is unfortunate because when I drive south this Subway is the the one on route however at this point it would actually save me more time to go an exit up to the drive south. I can't honestly believe that other employees at the Love's gas station see that and get completely annoyed with having to babysit all the time.

I coulda used some more toppings but i was in a hurry so i didnt make the poor new guy stressed as more people came in. But he was nice and my food tastes pretty good so i cant complain too much, would come back to use paper coupons again.
