I’m a loyal customer here…if not every day every other day…..why is it that now when I get my 120 points for a free ice coffee….it won’t take off my free iced coffee cause I want Carmel ice coffee….doesn’t make sence….smh. Sucks but any other time I’ve used it I got it for free at 120 points……🤔🤔
