How is it tim Hortons is getting so cheap that when you order a breakfast sandwich in drive thru they don't give it to you in a bag. So what I'm just gonna set this bagel with everything on it on my seat in this sleeve wrapper and let it get all over my car? Really? This has now happened twice. Both times I was shocked they try to hand it to me like that. I literally have to ask for a bag?! Ridiculous!! I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Just sad ?

The DT guy on mid morning shift 4:30am has no idea what he is doing. I feel sorry for him. I want a smoothie with no yogurt and he said he could not make it. Lol lazy people yes you you just don't want too or know how to!!!

Just stopped for a cafe mocha and coffee. Had the worst experience through drive thru! Young girl was unhappy but fine. The 2 older ladies! Terrible!!! Asked for cream on the cafe mocha. Wasn’t any. Asked again. The one taking money handles my lid opens and gives it to the other older lady just standing there. She says and hands it back. It is there it’s stuck on top of the lid. Literally a small drop “ stuck” asked for more and the other older lady was pissed!! They were VERY rude and are doing you no favors. They were not busy and just standing . We were one of only three cars.We were polite and not rude to them. Terrible service!

I came thur the drive thur and got a xl hot chocolate got the wrong change and then when I got home and took a sip of my hot chocolate it was a water down and didn't even taste like hot chocolate and tried to call there but couldn't get a

The mobile app for Tim Horton is horrible! On Thanksgiving it let me order saying the store was open, it was not and I had to chat with them to get my money back. I just placed another order, when I got to the restaurant they said they only had old fashioned timbits, then I said ok take them off the order and they said they had no way of doing that and they couldn't cancel my online order. So I re ordered but I am hoping that they don't charge me since I am not picking it up, but I might have to chat with them again to get my money back. But I will not be using the app again.

On sat Nov 18 at 5:15 am I went through the drive through placed my order they then took my order outside and gave it to someone else when I declined to take the order the district Manger um not sure because she wouldn't give me her name started using profanity at me because I ask for them to make my order over she was very unprofessional

Monday through Friday we come in at 4:40 am everyday. We receive the absolute best service. My food is always great and I always receive the warmest welcome and best customer service from Randy. He knows my order by heart. Bill is also doing a great job, on Tuesday when Randy is off. Bill tries to make sure my order is perfect too. I appreciate them. They do such a great job that sometimes we also go at 4:40 am on Saturdays too, even though I do not work on Saturday. But Sunday, if I over sleep (10:20 am) I place my order on the App, and they NEVER get it right!!! Every Sunday I have to email support to have them correct my total, usually I cannot even get an item refunded, I have to get only points. But they do it very quickly. If you want your service and food/coffees to be AMAZING, they are open 24/7. Just go through the drive thru on overnights and Randy and Bill will take great care of you. Best Barista's ever!!! Thank you Randy and Bill for always making my Mornings perfect!!!Randy deserves a raise!!!! He is always employee of the month in my book!!!

Every single SUNDAY, they never get our order right. We tend to go there Monday - Friday at 430am, and our stuff is ALWAYS right thanks to RANDY and BILL!But on Sunday, we tend to use door dash, and every single time, they can NEVER get it correct. I'm highly disappointed in their Sunday teams. They NEVER care to make sure they get it correct, and we always have to return our stuff.

Do not order your soup here The large soup and the small soup are the exact same price. When I brought it up to the weekend managers attention she's like yeah that's the price I'm like no there's a problem somewhere to this day both soups are the same price problem has not been corrected.

Asked for a sleeve for my hot coffee they told me they didn’t have any so asked for another cup so I didn’t burn my hand and they said they would have to charge me ??? horrible customer serviceI promise you I will not be coming back I’ll stick with my Starbucks ??

Stopped for a black coffee this afternoon about 3. Girl running the window threw my change back at me. Looked down and apparently this had been happening a lot today. Of course you can't get out and get your change either. Never offered a sleeve for the cup of coffee.
