The DT guy on mid morning shift 4:30am has no idea what he is doing. I feel sorry for him. I want a smoothie with no yogurt and he said he could not make it. Lol lazy people yes you you just don't want too or know how to!!!
The mobile app for Tim Horton is horrible! On Thanksgiving it let me order saying the store was open, it was not and I had to chat with them to get my money back. I just placed another order, when I got to the restaurant they said they only had old fashioned timbits, then I said ok take them off the order and they said they had no way of doing that and they couldn't cancel my online order. So I re ordered but I am hoping that they don't charge me since I am not picking it...read full review

Randy is the best, he knows my order when I pull to the speaker and say Good Morning Randy. When he makes our drinks they taste perfect. It puts a smile on my face when I hear him on the speaker. I know I will have a perfect experience. He is a 10 star employee!
