Ordered nuggets from the store. They were cold. fries were cold as well! Lady asked what sauce I wanted when I ordered the meal. I said barbecue. At the end of my order she asked again what sauce? I said barbecue. When we got to the window she asked again. I said barbecue. Guess what sauce I got? Sweet chili! Close but unfortunately not barbecue. Go to the the Monroe location before coming to this one. Always something they can’t get right. At least the frosty was the right flavor!!

The workers and manger here are so wonderful. I often get breakfast here through doordash. Doordash does not give an option to add flavor to drinks using the flavorstyle machine so I call to ask if they can add lime to my coke. Everytime I call the manager already knows it's my order and just adds my lime! Great customer service and anticipating the customers needs!

Not entirely sure why this place has an overall 3.8 rating, I'm super confused. I've lived down the road for 4 years now & each time I visit this Wendy's they are on top of their game. I've never waited here for even 5 minutes, no matter how many people are in the drive thru. When I get to the window, they have my food out within 30 seconds. And it's hot. And they're friendly. If I've been here so often and always had the same experience, not sure what problems anyone else could possibly have. Just being real.

Everytime it never fails, nothing is made to order, my sandwiches never have the correct condiments, and my bag is always missing an item. Every time.

I don't eat fast food often. Ran into Wendy's for dinner tonight. I spent just under $12 for my meal. I asked for a ranch to go with my meal. They told me it would be $.50... really? After $12 for one meal and can't even get the condiments to round out my meal. I won't be back. And Wendy's shame on you.

The bathrooms although seemed very clean had a fowl odor. We also noticed the odor at the drink station in the lobby. Not sure if it’s mildew or sewage or what but it needs addressed. We were there at 10:06am, 6min after they opened and the lobby floors and ladies bathroom floor were sticky. I’m guessing the closing crew didn’t mop very well. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful, and the food was good. So the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars in the cleanliness although not terrible.

🚩‼️‼️Despite multiple visits, my orders are repeatedly incorrect or poorly prepared.‼️‼️‼️
On my first visit, I ordered a salad and a baked potato. Unfortunately, the salad contained spoiled produce and was inedible. Additionally, the baked potato was served plain, without the sour cream or butter that typically accompany it, rendering the meal incomplete.
Hoping this was an isolated incident, I decided to give the location another chance today. I asked my daughter to return to the store to have the previous order remade without being charged. We also placed a new order consisting of two Biggie Bags and a six-piece nugget. Upon returning home, we discovered the same issues: the salad again contained rotten produce, and the baked potato was once again missing sour cream and butter.
To make matters worse, the Biggie Bags were missing several items. My daughter’s meal lacked fries, nuggets, and sauce; my son’s meal was missing nuggets; and my six-piece nuggets were not included at all.
When I contacted the manager—whom I’ve spoken to previously—I was met with unprofessional behavior. Rather than listening to the concerns, she responded with hostility and raised her voice, which made the situation even more frustrating.
It’s clear that there are serious issues with both food quality and staff training at this location. I urge upper management to review the practices at this store, particularly regarding employee conduct and order accuracy. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for, and to be treated with respect when raising legitimate concerns.

Wow! Never thought I would have such an experience with Wendy's. I had an issue with my order (sandwiches were made incorrectly, and both fries & nuggets were hard) and got hung up on TWICE by the young man answering the phone when I asked for a manager. Customer service is severely lacking. Breakfast employees are great but night shift needs complete revamping clearly. I placed the order 30 minutes in advance and it was still over 5 minutes late and completely lacking in quality. I had to call corporate customer service to resolve my issue.
