We where walking in and they let the big group in front of us in and shut the door on us and said their closed. It was my husband and 4 year old and I. All I can say is wow such a rude place. This was at 11:15 am on a Saturday

A little oasis when not much else was open mid-May! Was able to finally get my beef pastie before leaving Michigan and met really nice people in this great little restaurant. Pasties was yummy ?, thank you!!
Great little place to eat. Can’t beat homemade bread and freshly ground coffee, followed by French toast. Great service and atmosphere!!

Parking: Very large parking area, camper and large trailer parking.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at State 51 Food & Spirits and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing! The cheesesteak was a must try - it was packed full of flavor and incredibly satisfying. The restaurant is conveniently located with easy access from the riding trails!Not only was the food delicious, but the service was top-notch. The staff/owners were friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere.Overall, I highly recommend State 51 Food & Spirits to anyone looking for a great meal in a rider-friendly setting. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Newly reopened, really clean, great waitress. Food was really good, bread pudding was the bomb! Sign is a little hard to see as it’s next to an old motel but diner is well worth the stop.
Parking: Slow down while going through the area so you don’t miss the diner. Diner is on the North side of the road.
