I do not usually give 5 star ratings. I stumbled upon this place while traveling. I made sure to go a little out of my way 5 weeks later to enjoy yet another burger. I ordered the Barney Melt. I did not read the menu thoroughly and was surprised when it arrived on texas toast. I only wish I lived closer.

buckhorn generally puts out some amazing food. Pete is a great cook! I was really disappointed the last 2-3 times we were there. my husband had back surgery and he's not really supposed to do anything or go anywhere. it was our anniversary and we had a friend here from down state that we have been wanting to bring there for the prime rib. hubby called early and told Pete we were coming and to hold 3 dinners for us and we'd be there around 5. when we get there the...
