We wanted to try pasties before we went home and it was early but we found this little place and yes, we had pasties for breakfast 🤤 let me tell you, if we blinked we would have missed it, I am so glad we stopped! It’s right across the street from the little farmers market place and a little hole in the wall but so homey and delicious food that is priced affordable 😊 our server was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered food for the road as well because the food was wonderful. The pasties were so flavorful and delicious!

Great little diner, I’ve only had the lunch but it was good. The service is great. I’ve given it 4 instead of 5 stars because the burger was a bit overcooked, but I didn’t specify the doneness I wanted.

Stopped by the restaurant for breakfast and the owner was lovely and the food was amazing. I think the kids loved the wooden puzzles enough that they might go back just for those.

What a wonderful little place!! Had the pastie omelet with cinnamon toast, both were excellent!! They were busy and our food arrived quickly and hot!! Restaurant was clean and our waiter was a senior citizen and he was amazing!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Okay, so I've discovered that this was the original Gufstason's Motel that I stayed at in the 60s/70s during road trips. I can see that the original motel is still there, with Gufstafson's store now across the street. It was a pretty area to stay in. I'll have to visit again someday.
