Brianna is amazing i missed my exit and got to the restaurant as they were closing and she made sure i got my food. I mean they were literally cleaning the grill and she had she make my food that’s amazing customer service!
The food was fine typical BWW taste and quality but the service was terribly slow. I sat at my table at 1:20, there were maybe 15 other people spread across 4 or 5 parties in the restaurant. My party was two. They seemed to have plenty of wait staff but it took 25 mins for the waitress to come to the table to take the drink order. It took 30 mins for her to come and take the food order and then another 25 mins to receive the food. After receiving my food, my friend and I had...
I had came in with my boyfriend tonight for dinner. We came in a little bit late and our waiter. Kevin was absolutely wonderful. This is my first time at the Mount Clemens location, I for sure will be back and hope he’s working. The food was out in like no time at all and I was smiling the whole visit. I would ask for him by name for a wonderful expensive.
