I am sitting at Gumbos right now thinking how thankful I am that this place has survived all it has. I worked off Main Street when they opened and I loved it, my job may have gone to the way side like so many now in the AI age but this place has staying the same with its service and taste. Went during lunch and they got busy and were understaffed. Had the a cup of Eouffee that was more like a watery gumbo. Good flavor with plenty of shrimp and crawfish. Muffelletta was served warm and was good but not great. Plenty of meat and cheese but, olive tapenade was not very flavorful. Also, they add lettuce to it which is really not needed.
