Taco Bell is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews but remains a popular choice for many. Some customers have reported feeling unwelcome by staff, with one reviewer describing an order taker who sounded "inconvenienced" and "sighing throughout the whole order." However, recent feedback highlights more positive experiences, with some noting that the staff can be friendly and funny, especially late at night. One customer mentioned that they have been coming here for over a year and have rarely had issues, stating that the food is almost always fresh and the customer service is great.
Despite some praise, the restaurant has faced criticism for false advertising, with one reviewer complaining that they didn't offer their Mexican Pizzas for $3.14 on National Pi Day as promised. Additionally, a long wait in line for the drive-thru and a lack of staff led to a customer leaving without their order, damaging the restaurant's reputation. One area for improvement noted by customers is attention to order specifics, as some have had to return their orders due to mistakes, such as receiving Nachos Bellgrande with sour cream instead of no sour cream as requested.
