Applebee's Grill + Bar

We stopped in for dinner at this location and overall had a pretty good experience. The food was definitely the highlight, we left satisfied for sure. The ambience was comfortable and clean, though the background music felt a little dated (which is about what you’d expect here). Service was friendly but a bit stretched thin since our waitress was juggling a lot of tables, so we didn’t get quite as much attention.

All in all, it was a solid dinner that hit the spot.

I am super grateful and pleased! There were seniors in our group who weren’t familiar with the menu and had difficulty hearing. Alicia, our server, was incredibly patient and helpful. She answered all our questions and always had a smile on her face. In addition to her superb service, the food was cooked perfectly—the chicken was very tender. This is the best Applebee's I've ever visited!

The food was absolutely amazing! We got the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they passed the cheese pull. We also got some Chicken Alfredo and it was delicious! It wasn’t too greasy or anything. Additionally, we got the Triple Chocolate Melt and that was really rich, but delicious as it comes with a piece of cake and icecream with hot fudge drizzled on the cake and icecream.

The worst meal EVER!! The steak was just about all grizzle and couldn’t eat it. The French fries were cold.

Our service was spectacular our servers name was Chelsea and she was an amazing server who always made sure our drinks were full and our table was laughing and having fun our food was perfect we got steaks, and salad and riblets and everything came out perfect. We started with onion rings that were absolutely perfect. Our server really made the night perfect by offering drinks with and without alcohol and customizing them to our needs she deserves a raise that girl she was bussing many tables and still managed to keep up with the service at our table perfectly and acomodate our needs perfectly. Chelsea if you're reading this you're a rockstar and an amazing friend and thank you for being such an amazing soul

I was so disappointed in how we were treated here. We waited over 45 minutes for a burger and chicken. People around us got the same order as us and had their food. our server barely came to tell us why we were not receiving our food. When asked when our food will be up she said it would be soon. Ten minutes later I had to go up and cash out as there was still no food. As I stood at the counter I was not even told I’m sorry by anyone and two managers stood right by me for over 5 minutes waiting to cash out with no acknowledgment. I have never been so frustrated as well as upset in a very long time. I am not going back to this location., Mt Pleasant. The treatment and service was appalling.

Worst place ever the waitress was horrible she forgot salads she blamed us for her not bring stuff saying we should have told her name is Kyanne try to avoid her if you want a bad meal

The only complaint was the hostess kept our party and others waiting for about 20 minutes, then seated all the separate parties at tables that were empty and clean when we arrived. Our server was good and tipped accordingly.
