Applebee's Grill + Bar

Terrible service the server didn’t even bring out my food all the other workers did and couldn’t get a refill the whole time until a different worker noticed.

The waitress was very sweet and good. My steak was cooked perfect and yummy. And my broccoli was done right! Good job guys! My steak here tasted better and was more tender than my steak from Texas Roadhouse. Great job guys!! The next visit was not as good. My steak was over cooked, and I could of swore potatoes came with a steak dinner.... I didn't ask for a new steak because I had already waited 30 minutes for my dinner.

Worst establishment ever. The food is decent but the servers and managers are horrible. Talking about another workers weight and just making assumptions about the worker. Starting drama in front of guests. Even the MANAGERS are getting in on talking about another workers weight. I hope that worker gets a lawyer or even corporate involved. It is disgusting behavior from all parties involved and to be talking in front of customers? So unprofessional.

ordered on 11/24/25 didn’t get my shark bowl. called to get a refund & the manager acted like it was a big deal i wanted a refund & to not be put on a list to come get a free one . i never come here just wanted a easy dinner with a drink. still haven’t received the email for my refund im guessing it was too much work for the manager who didn’t want to do it in the first place . i’ve worked for apple bees i know a refund isnt that hard .

The food quality has gone downhill. The last few visits have not been very good. My sandwich had dark colored spots on the bread...it looked like mold although they assured me it was not. They did replace my meal but I had to take it to go, my entire family was done eating. The replacement was good. Our server was friendly but extremely slow. He got side tracked quickly. My daughter ordered a lemonade and we waited for an extremely long period if time. I saw it sitting on the bar waiting for our server to pick it up however he was very slow to do that.

I received a free meal on Veterans Day. I did the pick up, where they bring your food to your car. Everything went well and the food was so very good.
