This is a great place to pick up some delicious bagels and muffins?! The cheese bagels with veggie cream cheese are amazing! The dog bone bagels are adorable! The chocolate cheesecake and the cherry cheesecake muffins are out of this world! This is one of my favorite places to meet with friends when I'm in town!

Their espresso machine is ALWAYS down. It’s ridiculous. But don’t expect to go in and get any type of chai or specialty drinks. It’s super unreliable. I was visibly displeased but didn’t say anything. The girl then throws my bagels and didn’t ask me if I wanted them toasted or not. She gave me the bag and said “here you go”. The manager, Beth, was SO rude and unbecoming as well. I wouldn’t recommend for my pup to eat this place with the customer service and management. I can’t believe BAB corporation has a woman like that MANAGING a restaurant. From the reviews, it seems a lot of people are in agreement with me. She was yelling like a maniac in front of all the customers. How embarrassing. They’ll miss my business. My husband and I go everyday. Not anymore. Good job. Beth.

Today was my first day coming to Big Apple Bagels. I was impressed at first, until I met the general manager. She is rude and very impolite. Also, the coffee was absolutely terrible and my food was cold. Would not recommend.
We purchased 6 bagels and cream cheese yesterday morning. We ate one yesterday and it didn’t taste very good a terrible sour taste. This morning we tried another one (different favor) and it did not taste any better. Called the Big Apple store this morning. The manager said she would only give us three new bagels. She was very rude and hung up on us before we could give her our name. We paid $11.99 for for bagels we can’t eat. She also told us that they are gross the next day if you don’t refrigerate them. We have bought bagels there before and never had that happen before. Just lost another customer!

Great place, my wife likes it alot, they have a unique way of making sandwiches with bagels which I like, it's different & refreshing. The coffee is pretty good too. & there cream cheese spreads are very good, they have like 10 different kinds of cream cheese. Will be back for sure

I love stopping at Big Apple Bagels for a quick high-quality breakfast. You can find quick service, a variety of bagel sandwiches, and fantastic coffee! I recommend the cinnamon sugar bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese. Enjoy!
