would give 0 stars if i could. looking for consistency in service! last week, the barista offered me a 40% discount for being a student (it’s Monday) and she asked if i wanted whip/extra espresso in my drink. this week the barista charged me full price and didn’t ask if i wanted any extras. i don’t even want this drink anymore tbh.

Every time I've been here they've messed up my order. Getting charged more than the Biggby on Mission Street for the same exact thing. POOR customer service. I will NOT go back to this cafe!!!!!!

Place is a bit on the deplorable side for my tastes!
I've known Landon, the owner, for quite a while since we connected on Grindr. It was heartening to learn that he's embracing his true colorful self and pursuing a passion in coffee-making. However, my experience was a bit underwhelming as my coffee seemed average, and the bagel turned out a bit stale. Perhaps Landon, as the owner, is still finding himself on the 'bottom'. He did perform best in that position. I do not recommend

I worked a 3rd shift and when I got off I went to get to grab coffee and when I got it I had accidentally spill it on my car I went it to grab a water to try cleaning it off my car and they were understanding and gave it to me as I Finnished cleaning it off i got in my car to get ready to leave and they came up to my car and asked me if I wanted a new coffee for free and I said you don't have to they insisted so I agreed not even 30 seconds they walk back to my car and gave me a new coffee I would surly recommend this place!!!

The coffee was great! We wanted to get some donuts holes to go with our coffee but the only choice they was glazed, not everyone likes glazed. I hope they will have more of a variety (at least 4 choices) of donuts holes in the near future. The service was great however and the staff seemed friendly.
