It was a fairly busy day but the boneless wings were just awful. Rock hard coating and tough dry meat. Regular bone in wings were cold but good otherwise.

This has to be the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been to in my life. ordered take out said it would be done by 10:20pm arrived at said time and then proceded to sit and wait with quite a few other people as we waited for our food. little did the kitchen staff or person running the take out window know that from my spot I could see the kitchen staff dicking around and more worried about there thug music then to actually put a little effort forward and then the person running take out just leaning against the wall well scrolling on the phone well 3 other people walked. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS AGAIN!!!!!!

We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Sunday night thanks to our waiter, Mike. He was incredibly attentive and checked on us often without ever feeling overbearing. He was kind, friendly, and honestly made the entire dining experience so much better. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we ordered it, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
It’s rare to find service this good—Mike truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be asking for him next time!

Usually no problems but my wings were so ice cold and almost no sauce on them on take out but was offered to have them remake them but I would’ve been charged for them again. I get Buffalo Wild Wings I’m not expecting a lot a lot but thought customer service was a little rude.

Love the bogo Thursdays!! Its always packed and busy and they are working on adding and remodeling parts of the restaurant right now. The staff is always great love the waitresses. Atmosphere is nice inside!

I come here all the time in my hometown. Decided to try Mount pleasant b dubs tonight and ordered take out. It was all fine until I got home and I ordered dessert heat wings with no dessert heat on them AT ALL. Maybe a sprinkle on one wing. Ordered 40 all went to waste. Will not be going here again wasted 50$

I ordered your $20 wing meal deal last night. I was told we couldn't sit inside and eat it after pick up, even though we ordered drinks to drink there. I asked for menus to order an extra side so we could enjoy our meal at a table and was told that's not how it works. The drinks were almost as much as the meal for just 4 of them and we couldn't even sit inside. If I'd have known that I wouldn't have ordered at all. Ridiculous to get turned away, I was gonna tip too. Way to lose business. The place was nasty too. Dirty and food all over the floor. We just wanted to eat our meal there while it was still hot.
We went out to dinner on October 6th and River was our sever! He was great. Will be requesting him everytime we come!! Made sure we always had everything we needed and was very polite and helped me pick out my drink! 1000/10 service to him!

I have been coming here for almost 20 years and it’s done nothing but get worse over the past 2 years. Service is terrible so we order to go. We’re told food would be ready at 6:50 and here I am waiting at 7:15. Showed up at 6:47 and was told another 20 minutes. Showed up at 7:10 and was told another 10 to 15 minutes. I can’t wait for the new wing stop to come in. Maybe we will get better service.

This place is a joke! I just spent $100 on a meal for my family. Pick up time said 8:30 got there at 8:30 and I ended up waiting a half hour!! Then when I got home our food was cold. Our burger was slopped together mess. Numerous times we have gotten bad orders. A hundred dollars may not be a lot to some people but to others it is and when I pay money for take out, I expect to at least be worth it, and unfortunately it wasn’t.

Dirty place gross floor and bathroom. Very dissappinted. OVER 1 hour since we ordered our food. Waitress hasn't been back yet to check on us or get refills. Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND.
