Crap service watched my food sit in the hot zone for 10 minute's one worker was just standing still staring at the counter did a little spin with there finger another worker that kept reading the order but would not pass it out.

Hail Storm

Big guy with the full beard asked what we wanted and when we gave him the order of 2 items and went to give the 3rd he freaked out and rudely said, “dude hold on. Give me a second. You really want 2 of the eggnormous burritos.” He never even asked us to give him a moment in which we would have as we understood as we know how stressful fast food can be. We just pulled away. There were 2 cars, including us, in the drive thru. No need to be that blatantly rude at 8:30 am.

I usually have no problems at this location. Yesterday morning was a different story. The person working the drive through was extremely rude. He seemed very put out to take my order. I was almost done ordering when I couldn't take it anymore. I told him to cancel my order and my family and I went somewhere else. I'd give them a 0 on service if I could!

When we went to pick up our food the cashier told us they didn’t have any whopper meat and that she couldn’t substitute the burger for anything else and that she couldn’t give me a refund either. She completely washed her hands of it and then made an out of pocket remark about there being 2 pickup orders in one car which is allegedly not allowed. This franchise located just stole $7.50 from me without even flinching. It appears that it is part of their regular operations and I will be submitting a complaint through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
