When we went to pick up our food the cashier told us they didn’t have any whopper meat and that she couldn’t substitute the burger for anything else and that she couldn’t give me a refund either. She completely washed her hands of it and then made an out of pocket remark about there being 2 pickup orders in one car which is allegedly not allowed. This franchise located just stole $7.50 from me without even flinching. It appears that it is part of their regular operations and I will be submitting a complaint through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

if i could give it a zero i would. i ordered a whopper and something was wrong with the meat it didn’t smell that good but i tried to eat it anyway and after 2 bites i felt sick to my stomach. i’ve been nauseous all day since there was something wrong with the meat and it’s made me sick.

A toddler would do this job better than any of the employees. All of the employees are far too lazy to ensure the proper order is fulfilled. The problem lies in the management style as well. Overall, a very lazy group of people.

Read some reviews of unsafe food practices and staff members being rude but I had dinner from there tonight I was a walk in but as entered I seen staff members sweeping the floor and cleaning counters the woman who took my order was friendly contrary to other reviews and I didn't see any food being messed with the food I received was very well made and no spoiling of food was seen I frequent the bk across town but I had a good experience at this one
