Went here at about 10pm, the soft drinks had no carbonation nor were they served with any ice. Napkins were not given out with order, food was cold.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they were cold. It seemed like they were sitting for an hour. Even the bun was stale. I couldn't eat them. I am on vacation and I will eat at McDonald's before this place again

Food was terrible. The whopper I paid $12 for was horrible tasted like compressed cardboard. Paid $40 for two meals and chicken fries and jalapeno bites and it was terrible and the service was just as bad. I see why there is never a line.

Asked for a rodeo cheeseburger more than once and received one marked r yet it had none of the signature toppings of a rodeo burger . Not even sauce of any kind . I ordered that and two other cheeseburgers which come with lettuce and tomatoes still nothing. This is not the first time and I suspect with burger king it will not be the last. Their training seems to be in ruining orders which have been repeated to them to correct on screen yet not delivered. If I pay for it I should get it or be told they are out of the ingredients.

I went through the drive-through and got a whopper meal. Service was very fast because I was there around 10 o’clock. P.m.. I did not get my drink with the meal, it wasn’t super busy. It was an honest mistake. I didn’t realize this until I drove away. So my bad for not checking before I drove away. Otherwise I could have corrected them regarding this. So I feel I’m just as much at fault as the staff.

I bought the bacon,egg and cheese biscuit with Hashbrowns but they had no Hashbrowns so I settled for something else. So when I ordered i mentioned that I didn't want cheese on my biscuit and there was cheese but what is worse is that they charge all this money and the biscuit is very hard so the quality is not good. They did forget to put eggs on my biscuit lol so I had to go back but I can say that they did give me 2 more eggs

I doordashed a 40 piece nugget and 2 fries and honestly gotta say yall some of the nastiest as people ever in fast food and should just quit the manager on shift should be demoted or fired how you gonna let your crew serve old stale fries? Smh pure laziness!!!
