We hired this caterer for our son’s wedding and I highly recommend them. Service was amazing from friendly staff, arrived on time, and was very helpful to make the guests feel welcome. Several guests did comment on how good the food was also! Would definitely hire them again!!

I just had them at our reception on July 19th and I have got to say this- whatever it is they put in their chicken for the taco bar has literal euphoric qualities to it. Holy crap its delicious. The staff was amazing, the food was phenomenal, what a thoroughly positive experience. Thank you guys!

We hired Central Michigan Catering, for our wedding (July 2025) and will say without a doubt it was the best decision ever. The food and service was absolutely amazing . We had so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was. Our main dishes was the Prime Rib and the 6 Layer Lasagna which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to hire them. Im not a lasagna person at all but I can tell you that theirs is the best Ive ever had. All the staff was super friendly and they responded to me fast with any questions I had before the wedding.

Brandon was so easy to book and work with throughout the entire planning process. The day of our wedding his team was amazing! They were so on top of everything and so helpful. The food was so good!

We used Central Michigan Catering for my daughter’s wedding with 130+ guests. They did an AMAZING job. The place settings looked great, the food was superb, and the staff kept the water carafes filled and dirty plates cleared so quickly we almost didn’t see them do these tasks. Brandon was so professional to work with and flexible to changes. I highly recommend them.

We used Central Michigan Catering for our wedding and we couldn't have asked for better food or service! They were super good with communication and always responded fast. The staff was also all so kind, and they set the tables so nicely!
You are able to rent linen from them which I didn't realize at first and the process of picking the linens up and dropping them back off was super easy.

I am a wedding day coordinator & i had the privilege to work with them for a wedding August 3rd. The chef was so communicative from the start with all of my questions because we were essentially building this wedding from the ground up, outside, under a tent, on a very hot august summer day. They were amazing!

They were on time, set up the reception, they were extremely hands on. The food was amazing! I am super super impressed! They were the icing on the cake for this reception! I really appreciated all their hard work at this particular outdoor location. It was hot, there was a lot of walking for them, and they worked HARD! The chef was hands on the entire time as well and really wonderful to work with!

The meal and service for our church’s couples dinner was fantastic! The prime rib and the caramel apple salad were among the many huge hits with our crowd! Brandon and the team did a fantastic job! We HIGHLY recommend!

They even let us borrow a cake cutting knife we could use for our photos, while Brandon offered to also go through his storage to possibly find a fancier one, which was super kind; there are not many companies that are willing to go so well above for their clients. Brandon and his team were so great to work with, everything from the extensive food options (everything was delicious) and the service of his staff exceeded our expectations, he treated everything as if it was his own event. He truly cares about exceeding customer expectations and providing the highest level of service. We can't recommend Central Michigan Catering enough!

Central Michigan Catering was awesome to work with from start to finish. They had great communication and were very quick to respond to any questions I had. At my wedding the staff was extremely helpful and very polite making dinner run very smoothly. The food was great and I received many compliments. Loved working with them!

I would recommend Central Michigan Catering to friends and family. I had a short notice booking during the Labor Day weekend which Brandon was able to accommodate. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails and followed through with everything he committed to. The food was tasty, in particular the roast beef and the Fudge trifle were big hits. The presentation of the food was very nice as well. The pricing for the catering was very reasonable for what you received in terms of menu selection and quality. The only thing I wish was better were the quality of the disposable plates. I would have preferred 12 in plates vs what looked like 9 in plates. Other than this very small nitpick, Brandon and Central Michigan exceeded my expectations on the service and quality of the food. Thank you so much!

Very pleased with their service. So much food and our guests all raved about it. They took some of the leftovers to a soup kitchen, which I loved about them.
