Central Michigan Catering recently catered our wedding of 130 guests and it was phenomenal! Throughout the entire process, the owner Brandon was extremely responsive, accomodating, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They even let us borrow a cake cutting knife we could use for our photos, while Brandon offered to also go through his storage to possibly find a fancier one, which was super kind; there are not many companies that are willing to go so well above for their clients. Brandon and his team were so great to work with, everything from the extensive food options (everything was delicious) and the service of his staff exceeded our expectations, he treated everything as if it was his own event. He truly cares about exceeding customer expectations and providing the highest level of service. We can't recommend Central Michigan Catering enough!

I would recommend Central Michigan Catering to friends and family. I had a short notice booking during the Labor Day weekend which Brandon was able to accommodate. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails and followed through with everything he committed to. The food was tasty, in particular the roast beef and the Fudge trifle were big hits. The presentation of the food was very nice as well. The pricing for the catering was very reasonable for what you received in terms of menu selection and quality. The only thing I wish was better were the quality of the disposable plates. I would have preferred 12 in plates vs what looked like 9 in plates. Other than this very small nitpick, Brandon and Central Michigan exceeded my expectations on the service and quality of the food. Thank you so much!

Brandon and his wife Sarah were incredible to work with. Their response time on emails/texts/questions was always very fast. They were both professional, clear, and personable. They answered all of our questions very patiently.The service on the day of the wedding was spectacular. They had everything set up and did an excellent job serving our guests. They even had gluten/dairy free options as well as vegetarian options as well. Our guests were so pleased with their presence on our wedding day and with the food! We got several compliments on the service and the quality/taste of the food.I personally just wanted to thank CMC for their help to make our big day go smoothly. They have linens available for rent and make the pickup/drop off process so smooth and easy. We were just so blown away with what a great company they are. Thank you so much for all of your help and hard work!! It was a fantastic day and we are so grateful!!!

Pleasant.They were so fantastic to work withthe staff they had provided for our buffet-style dinner with a carver for a top round were awesomethey also assisted in cutting up my wedding cake and picking up plates.Everyone raved about the food!the pistachio fluff was a hit & the top round was awesome.some guests felt they were a but rushed-but I know they also cant be sitting there waiting for individuals to finish.I'm from out of country, but working with CMC I felt very involved & was responded to quickly.it was so crazy I never got a chance to take pics of food

Brandon is very good at listening to your needs and concerns. He knows how to add that special ingredient of 'love' into his dishes, because he learned this from his momma! lol

Every time Brandon would respond that day or the next. I am sure he was tired of us but we would never know because of the amazing communication and quick polite responses. We would highly recommend Central Michigan Catering to anyone looking to cater food at their next event. The food was hot, we had tons of options, and the team was so willing to add the rented utensils into the napkins we provided, or even at the beginning of the night filling up all of our guests' water cups, and more and more. We chose the buffet option and never thought we would have gotten as much help as we did from this catering team. They were cleaning tables, keeping the buffet lines organized, and even helped provide food options so our friends and family that had allergies could have a full meal as well. We can not recommend this team enough they have gone above and beyond in so many ways!
