It took 15 minutes to receive my food. Customers that were after me all received their items before me. When I asked about my order status they were rude and condescending.

First of all it was good. The chicken was nice and tender. However the prices are on the high side. 37.00 for two sandwich combos is steep. However the service was slow. 20 minutes plus is outrageous and the people working didn't seem to be in any rush even though there were people lined up. The atmosphere it is a poorly organized casino food court. Hard to get to drinks. Napkins you had to search for and never found utensils. Would not recommend

Way too much seasoning on spicy strips. Took two bites and couldn't eat any more. I love hot food but that was bad. Seasoning on regular strips is just gross.

I got 3 chicken strips and a thing of mac and cheese for $16. The chicken doesn’t have much seasoning and kind of tastes like fish. The macaroni and cheese has artificial cheese and lacks any flavor. Super disappointed for $16

I’ve tried this a couple of times now and it’s been about the same experience.

Room temperature chicken strips and the side of Mac and cheese was warm ish couple of bites on the cold side. A shame because I really want to see this place do well.

The staffs were friendly but the food was tasteless and the chicken was dry.
Such a disappointment.

Waited over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Asked for no sauce, because I was told mayo was on the floor at the silverware kiosk. No mayo. After seeing several others get their food ( that ordered after I did) my food magically appeared. Was told I'd have to pay extra to now get sauce (that was removed from my sandwich in the first place)...what a joke.

Worst food I have ever had. My chicken was undercooked, my stomach is in shambles after eating there. Super expensive!! $37 for a chicken tender combo and a chicken sandwich combo. Go elsewhere!

The food took forever, the tables were unclean, the food was decent but not 45 dollars decent. In total, 1 star.

Dietary restrictions: Vegans are pretty much just screwed, including vegetarians, unless you want all of 2 grams worth of fries.

I ordered loaded guy fries and got about 12 fries and four chicken chunks. Almost $12.00. What a joke, no wonder why the other locations closed, it’s just a matter of time for this one also.

We ordered a CG chicken and one honey barbecue with no slaw. To drink we split a Apple jack 's cereal milkshake. It was great. The chicken was moist and had perfect seasoning. The bun was not too overwhelming or sweet. My husband loved his honey barbecue. It had kettle chips on it which at first he thought was strange. But he was so wrong. It made the sandwich. The sauces they use are awesome. Plenty of food. I think if we had sides we would have been over stuffed. We were there on a Sunday at 1500. Not too many people waiting in line or eating at the food court. You can bring your drinks into the food court. By 1730 when we're leaving, people were lining up for the restaurant and coming into the food court. A little pricey at 36 bucks for one milkshake and two chicken sandwiches.Ouch!!

Parking: It's at the casino so parking is free

Wheelchair accessibility: It is located on first floor of casino. Very wheelchair accessible.

I ordered 25 chicken tenders for $49.99, the chicken tenders were okay. However, it only came with enough sauce for 6 of the tenders. The menu said a choice of two sauces, I expected enough sauce for all 25 tenders. When I asked the employee as he was bagging my order "is this all the sauce I get for 25 tenders?" he just shrugged his shoulders and said "I guess so." With Guy's reputation I expected better. I didn't bother complaining to management and wasn't about to get back in line behind ten people to order more sauce.

Kid-friendliness: No need to go through the casino to get to the food court.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp access, no stairs.
