So disappointed visit on 8/31 @ 8:45pm and this place was SO dirty, employees stated they were short staffed, and no meats were available.

Walked in and there was trash all over the floor behind the counter. The mop bucket was left out in the way. …then the food… this was the first time chipotle has been inconsistent. I think the cook was doing things his own way. Everything was terribly salty. The rice was overly salty. The mild salsa was way too salty. The chicken was more salty than spicy. I woke up this morning and my tongue was broke out because of it. Bad experience here by Central Michigan University.

ALWAYS so delicious and great portions. 10000 times better than QDoba. Chicken is always delicious and never chewy. I keep coming back multiple times a week 😅

Food was good. But the service was amazing. The associate who made my salad was so sweet and super helpful. I told him I had never been before. And he walked me through all of my options, and did it in a way, I never felt like I annoyed him. Kados to him, him has amazing interpersonal
communication skills.

gave me less then half of a bowl on a mobile order. Looks like someone ate the rest of it. no way to get a refund and no help from the AI robot that is all of their customer service.

Second time that Mike has messed up my experience. First time didn’t give me chips when I asked and most recent was charged for chips and didn’t get them! Thanks Mike!

If you like Chipolte, you will like this one. Of course, they are a chain. No difference between this one andxall the ithers I have eaten at. It's good ffod, fast and with ample quantity.

The food and service was amazing,I got a big portion of food,and the workers were really nice.the only bad thing is the atmosphere/place was kind of dirty.What I mean by dirty is their was food on the tables and they didn’t clean the trash around the soda fountain.Other than that it was amazing.

Rude employees and the food sucks at this location, rice is not cooked properly and he men they place there are not great with customer service or preparing a great food

Visited Chipolte recently and received excellent service. Food was amazing!
