Watch for pricing. Sign states $17.99 and I was charged $19.99 for a 4 pk. When I brought it to their attention I was told that the pricing had just changed and they hadn’t changed their board yet. When the manager came out to give me back the difference that I paid he didn’t even apologize for the price discrepancy. As much as I love Cinnabon, I probably won’t come back here.

The past couple times I have been in, Kaydence has helped me. Every single time I’m in, she displays amazing patience while I decide what to order, she is incredibly helpful when I am stuck between two decisions, and she does it all with the biggest smile on her face - makes my day every time. Cinnabons seemed under cooked. They didn’t have a golden color mostly white which is consistent with being undercooked. They had doughy texture and taste.
