Stopped in today to get cookies. Feel like the quality is getting bad. Wasn't impressed with the flat cookies I got at all. The two chocolate ones I got looked nothing like they were supposed to. The display ones on the counter looked like actually crumbl cookies than what I got. Most likely will not be back to this location.

I’m a first time customer. I took my granddaughter here on Friday afternoon. She has been here many times. We ordered our cookies, they called her name, and that was it. Not one person in this cookie shop spoke to us.
I would think for the price the cookie would be warm, at least close to fresh??? But they were cold and dry. The young lady who handed my granddaughter the cookies could have at least acknowledged her? Maybe a Thank You? Have a great day??
