Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes after ordering 2 meals watched atleast a dozen cars leave that showed up way after us. When we finally got our food it was cold and made with onions that we asked to not have on our sandwiches. The guy that finally brought our food was snotty. First horrible service at a Culver's and we go to these quite often. Tried to call them for an hour after we left and they don't answer the phone! Save your money and time and skip this location.

It has only been twice so far, and while the food might take a moment to get its fresh and tastes amazing. One of the workers (Alvin) is very helpful double checking that we got the correct size items and has a cheerful attitude

Order online to still not have food for 20 minutes past time it says it will be ready and when you get 30 minutes to eat i have no time left for that so very disappointed as it’s repeatedly happening
