The quality and service is always amazing but I'd just like to add that they really do go above and beyond compared to other restaurants. They stay open until the very last minute taking orders with such a positive attitude, even though they're busy.
Placed an order online for an icecream cake 2 weeks ago, it was decorated nicely and perfectly to the specifications I put on the request - but I ordered a reeses cake and they made a regular one. My friend picked it up for me and told me that all they said was "it came through as a regular ice cream cake on our end, sorry" despite her having the confirmation code and showing them. No discount or anything offered for the mistake.
