We told a friend we hadn't had great hotdogs since we moved here, and they insisted on us trying this place. The first disappointment was how extremely hard it is to read their menu. They have a lot of options and lots of different things, but I had to pull the menu up on my phone to actually read the menu. I ordered a Carolina dog and made my own. 4 of us, we got 2 hot dogs each, drinks and frys, total bill right under $80. A lot for hot dogs. They do not offer different types of actually hot dogs, just different combos. They use cased hot dogs, which is fine, but it wasn't expected, and the taste of the hot dog itself took away from everything else. It wasn't very full while we were there, no wait. The frys were the highlight of the meal, I would go back for those alone. For the hotdogs, I would've rather had sonic.

It's a downtown college type hotdog shop. It has a huge hotdog menu of every topping imaginable. The service is great during the day.They now have a liquor license.Great place to grab a quick hotdog and fries.

While I was at Dog Central I was happy to see both Seth and Joe both being extremely nice to their customers. My friends also had a delightful experience that started with Seth kindly reminded my friends that the fries are freshly fried. Even the customers that were at Dog Central were very polite. Officer Tyler is him. I ordered a MacDaddy and Seth made it too perfection. I had one of the best food experiences of my life.
